Is Jabber the future of Instant Messaging?
In Florian Jensen's blog, I found an article on AOL and ICQ working on a Jabber infrastructure. There's even a comment of an AOL techie that confirms Florian's note.
It looks like AOL and ICQ will move toward Jabber/XMMP which I think is a great idea!
I prefer Jabber since longer time as it just runs pretty well for me. Let's look what happens in the future. I'm looking forward to see Jabber as a de-facto standard in instant messaging :-)
