Cablecom? Sorry...
Yesterday evening, a salesman of Cablecom called me. He told me that they "opened the digital lines now" (what?), and that "phone calls to Swiss land lines are now free, for all the time".
I couldn't understand him very well ande had to repeat many of his sentences as the connection was really poor. I told this to him and he told me, that he's talking via the internet (I guess via Cablecom VoIP).
So I told him that I don't like this product and that I'm not willing to buy it. He couldn't understand that, hey "you can talk for free" he said, trying a last time to convince me...
Sorry Cablecom: If you want to sell your phone services, you should ensure that outgoing calls from your sales team are of good quality! Such a bad quality is not really helping to sell this product. And by the way: I don't like salesmen that do not accept a "no"! (Anyway, I was not really interrested in this product as I prefer asynchronous communication like email.)
